读一条事实：值、出处和历史

montaye 计算时读的一条事实：某一天生效的那一版（或者计算结果某一行用 revision_id 点名的那一版），它的值（金额、分档表、查表），出自哪份官方文件的哪一页、哪句话，以及已发布的事实里同一条的每一段有效期，从早到晚。值是十进制字符串，比率是小数（0.062），不是百分数。所有代码见 GET /v1/status。字段只增不减。

拒绝码

input_invalid (400) The request does not match the action’s input schema.
parameter_missing (400) A parameter the computation needs was not given.
not_found (404) No such action or document.
table_not_effective (422) No reviewed fact is in force for this pay date.
key_missing (401) This action needs an API key (Authorization: Bearer <key>).
key_invalid (401) The API key is unknown, revoked or expired.
rate_limited (429) Too many requests from this client; slow down.
plan_excludes_action (403) The account’s plan does not include this action.
